The first round is included in the creation process. Once the first draft of your site is ready, we'll share it with you along with a questionnaire where you can request any changes. For later changes, you can easily request and purchase them via a link you'll receive with the site, or by emailing us at mod@onweb24.com.

The site will be taken offline. After three months without payment, it will be permanently deleted. You're purchasing a service that includes your website, so if you stop paying, as with any service, you can no longer use it.

You can sell services and products, up to a maximum of 12 items total, but only if you provide your own payment link (PayPal, Paddle, Satispay, Revolut, etc.). When someone clicks the purchase button they'll be redirected to your chosen payment provider, and we won't handle the payment or collect customer data. Your website can also include appointment booking, newsletter sign-up and contact forms via email and WhatsApp. If you need a full e-commerce site or a more complex custom project, you can request a quote by emailing us.

We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and direct debit from your bank account. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, an industry leader in payment security. As a company policy, we don't use PayPal.

Yes, you'll receive a receipt/invoice for every payment you make.
